Register for the ASA 10U Western B Nationals

1. Print and complete this Tournament Entry Form. Cut bottom portion of the form and mail it in with your entry fee.

2. Make sure you complete the Official ASA Tournament Entry Form which is provided by your JO Commissioner or your local Association Commissioner or from the tournament in which you qualified for the 10B National Tournament.

* This form must be sent by your JO OR you can bring the the form with you (signed by your JO or your local Association Commissioner) to registration on August 2, 2010.

3. Complete both front and back of the ASA Official National Championship Roster Form. Be sure that your JO or your local Association Commissioner signs this form. This form will be available from your JO or your local Association Commissioner. Please bring the form with you to registration on August 2, 2010.

4. If you plan to pick-up a player you will need an ASA Pick-Up Player Form. Click here to print out the form, be sure that your local Association Commissioner signs this form. This can be brought with you to registration on August 2, 2010.
